Sarita Parmar

Empowering women to grow & achieve in their personal and professional lives

Sarita’s journey is marked by strength, resiliency, and empathy, qualities she has honed through overcoming adversity. As the first-born daughter of immigrant parents, she has spent her life balancing the cultural nuances of East and West, striving to honor her Indian heritage while assimilating into different societal norms.

She faced profound challenges, losing one parent to alcoholism and the other to cancer, experiences that left a deep void and ongoing struggles with grief. Sarita’s personal life was further tested by a divorce, which was more than the end of a marriage; it was a breaking away from long-held conditioning.

Her resilience was put to the ultimate test with a breast cancer diagnosis, enduring chemotherapy, multiple surgeries, and radiation. Additionally, being thrust into surgical menopause before the age of 40 brought its own set of challenges, teaching her the critical importance of self-advocacy and informed decision-making for a life that is about thriving, not just surviving.

Sarita’s passion now lies in empowering others, utilizing practical tools and strategies to help them achieve their personal and professional goals. She finds joy in travel, good food, exercise, and quality time with loved ones.

A lover of quotes, her favorite captures her essence: “What lies behind us and what lies ahead of us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.”
