Bisayo Busari-Akinnadeju is a Nigerian woman per excellence, a lawyer and an arbitrator dedicated to rebuilding the ruins of our nation through her commitment to nation building activities.

Bisayo holds a degree in law and has over 15 years’ experience of providing comprehensive and high quality legal and cooperate support services to businesses and companies across Africa, specifically in Ghana, Sao Tome and Principle providing legal advisory services ranging from coordinated takeovers and management agreements.

As a Nigerian woman, Bisayo is a voice for all Nigerians home and abroad promoting patriotism, Integrity and Self Reliance through her initiative.
She is the convener of the annual #IAMANIGERIAN conference featuring over 1000 Nigerians in physical attendance and more online.   She has honoured the Nigerian Flag designer, the national anthem writers, Late Dora Akunyuli, our armed forces heroes as well as many others under her citizenship Appreciation Initiative. She gives out scholarships to students who succeed in the essay competition that promotes oneness in Nigeria.
Bisayo is a mother to many and clothes babies in the IDP camps, hospital wardroom and rural areas in the fully branded #IAMANIGERIAN baby cloth. She believes that children are the most important aspect of our society who must be raised well while the grown-ups provide direction for the future.
Between 2020 and 2022, she has trained over 100 women in the art of branding and packaging of agricultural products as well as many young Nigerians in the art of gaining self-reliance through digital marketing.

Bisayo is passionate about raising next generation leaders, a call she believes begins from the classroom. She has established Project One Leadership Club in various government secondary schools in Abuja with plans to replicate the club in all the States in Nigeria.
At her available time, Bisayo cleans up Nigeria physically with her fellow volunteers tagged #cleanupnaija. Her Advocacy takes her to motor parks, market areas, schools, religious grounds, and any available spots to advocate for a better Nigeria.

She’s a recipient of many awards and certifications from prestigious organization, universities and colleges around the world including Oxford, Harvard, Kings college and many other notable institutions.

While so much can be written about Bisayo Busari-Akinnadeju, much is better known of her through those she has been able to inspire directly.
