Gender gap closing on health and education but not economics and politics

Given that women have almost closed the gap with men on health and education, it is a waste of their talents if they are not catching up in economics and politics. A nation's competitiveness depends significantly on whether and how it educates and utilizes its female talent.

To maximize its competitiveness and development potential, each country should strive for gender equality.

If the gender gap is closing on health and education, then women will benefit. Women (mothers) deal directly with the education and health of their children (opportunity for girls). It is really true that women's education is wasted if they can't catch up in economic and politics due to gender bias in their society. I am keen to know which countries have the best examples of promotion of gender equality and how the people working for gender equality can convince their countries to best utilise women's talent.
