Olympics-Women's boxing takes step closer to Games inclusion
Women's boxing could take place at London 2012 after the sport's amateur governing body voted unanimously to propose its inclusion to the International Olympic Committee (IOC).
"This is a crucial decision in the development of women's boxing," International Boxing Association (AIBA) President Dr. Wu Ching-Kuo told reporters on Wednesday after a meeting of the AIBA Executive Committee in Milan.
