Apparently women make better business leaders than men in all but two areas of management but men have the upper hand when it comes to focusing on the bottom line and financial returns. According to the study of 1,800 female and male chief executive officers and managers in Australia, men also come out on top when it came to command and control of management operations. Women use their head as well as their heart. The latest leadership trend is to lead more with heart. It's what women do best. Some studies also reveal that women leaders are less likely to commit corruption. However, by nature, both women and men have their strength and weaknesses. Cooperation and teamwork will be the best solution.
