This is a relatively high ratio of female representation compared to the global software and IT industry average, which is less than 27%.[1]

We have managed to establish a similar ratio of female managers - more than a third of all management roles (technology and corporate) are occupied by women, which shows Sapiens’ commitment to diversity and inclusion on all levels. And more than half of our executive management team (including division heads) is female.
