KPMG UK Vice Chairman
"As chair of Women Corporate Directors in the UK and through the work I do with the 30% Club, KPMG's Network of Senior Business Women in London and the KPMG Network of Women in the UK, I feel a personal responsibility to support the agenda for our women as I believe achieving gender equality will propel wider inclusivity.
"In 2014, KPMG in the UK released targets across four areas of gender, ethnicity, disability and sexual orientation - creating a benchmark for recruitment and the development of our workforce and driving accountability. But the job is far from done - there's a lot more to do. I will continue to drive inclusiveness through people processes and our leaders and will also sponsor more female talent into leadership."
