From grassroots groups to large-scale corporations, activity supporting the IWD 2019 #BalanceforBetter campaign theme was certainly significant with the Best IWD Practice Competition receiving over 300 entries.

While the field of graphic design has certainly seen an increase in women, sadly the world of typography is still dominated by men. But we aim to challenge that through celebrating the work of women typographers worldwide.

IWD 2020 Photography Competition 

The inaugural IWD 2019 Photography Competition saw over 51,200 entries from countries worldwide.

In collaboration with EyeEm, we launched an exciting IWD Image Collection and called for photographic entries.

The competition is open to all genders and focuses on representing women in diverse and authenticand unstereotyped ways.
