A day of speakers, sharing their stories of adversity and hope, with workshops to encourage joy and sing with abundance, encouraging the attendees to see how amazing they already are.
Sylvia Mac - Child Burn Survivor, Campaigner & Founder of LOVE DISFIGURE. She encourages everyone to embrace their body regardless of how they look and believes that we are all beautiful and unique.
Fatima Timbo is a little women with a condition called achondroplasia; she's a body positivity campaigner and a dancer. She does not let her condition hold her back and now inspires others to feel comfortable in their own skin.
Morgan Hayley is a disabled woman living in a larger body; she is a true testament to living life fully and embracing every possibility.
Mia Violet is a writer and bisexual trans woman who uses her platform to discuss queer issues, mental health and enjoys discussing self-love and other positive well-being techniques.
Becki Short is a singing teacher and performer. She is proactive in her passion for inclusivity across the arts and across life. She will be running a Singing for Confidence workshop and being generally fabulous all day.
Kim Furnish MSc Positive Psychology, laughter yoga practitioner, will be energising us with two short sessions during the day.
They have the studio theatre in NST City, Southampton. The venue is in the centre of the city, easily accessed by public transport, and disabled accessible.
