Heart & Harvest is a non partisan, grassroots, women led community initiative based in East Gwillimbury, Ontario.
Rooted in food, kindness, and connection, Heart & Harvest brings people together to support women and vulnerable community members with dignity and care.
Each year, the Heart & Harvest event brings together volunteers, local partners, and youth leaders to prepare and deliver home cooked meals for women in need, while fostering mentorship, leadership, and a strong sense of community.
Through partnerships with local shelters and organizations, the event creates meaningful, hands on opportunities to give back and to gather together after service to share a meal and reflect.
Held annually around International Women’s Day, Heart & Harvest celebrates compassion, service, and the power of women supporting women through one meal, one conversation, and one act of kindness at a time.
