The Sydney Hills Business Chamber is proud to present our new marquee event for 2026, the International Women’s Day Luncheon, aligned with the global theme Give To Gain.
Together, we have an opportunity to help forge gender equality through generous giving and by articulating all the ways we can give.
The International Women’s Day 2026 theme, Give To Gain, encourages a mindset of generosity, collaboration and shared responsibility. It reminds us that progress is built through reciprocity and support.
Give To Gain reinforces that giving is not a subtraction. It is intentional multiplication. When individuals, organisations and communities give generously through time, knowledge, visibility, advocacy, education, mentoring, resources or support, opportunities for women increase. When women thrive, we all rise.
This luncheon is an invitation to explore what that looks like in practice for women and for our broader community, including our male peers. Through lived experience, leadership and story, our speakers will reflect on how contributing to women’s advancement creates a more supportive, connected and equitable world.

This luncheon is designed for business owners, leaders, professionals, community members and allies who are ready to reflect, connect and take action.
It is not six separate talks. It is one shared message, expressed through six distinct and powerful voices.
We invite you to join us and consider one simple question:
What can you give to help advance gender equality in your own life, business and community?
