This year’s theme, Give To Gain, reflects a simple truth: when we share knowledge, mentorship and support, we expand opportunity for women everywhere.

At Wesco, collaboration is at the heart of how we work—learning from one another, opening doors, and ensuring every person has the support to grow and contribute at their full potential.

Our Women’s Impact Network (WIN) business resource group is focused on creating pathways for growth—through learning, mentoring, professional development, and community partnerships that help expand access to careers in areas like STEM and supply chain.
