Progress for women in the workplace doesn’t happen by accident, it happens by design

At Belkin, we believe leadership means creating environments where women are not only supported, but actively elevated. That commitment shows up in the systems we build, the communities we foster, and the next generation we invest in.
Our internal Women’s Network Group (WNG) is a powerful example of that momentum in action.
During Women’s History Month, we intentionally create moments where our internal leadership and the next generation intersect. By welcoming young women pursuing STEM pathways into our spaces through our partnership with the LA-based Da Vinci Schools, we reinforce a simple but powerful belief: representation and access accelerate possibility.
When students and early-career professionals can see women leading, building, and innovating inside a global technology company, the path forward feels tangible. At the same time, our own teams are reminded that leadership carries responsibility, not just to succeed, but to widen access. Supporting women, both inside Belkin and in the broader community, strengthens the ecosystem.
Championing women is not a one-month initiative. It’s an ongoing commitment to building pathways, opening doors, and ensuring talent can grow.
At Belkin, we are proud of the momentum we’re driving, and equally focused on the work ahead, because real leadership means creating opportunities that last beyond today.
