This International Women’s Day, Beacon follows the sun.

Bengaluru opens the day.

Johannesburg picks it up.

London carries it forward.

New York brings it home.

Four cities, one conversation, handed on as the sun moves.

We are bringing women in Legal to talk about the things that don’t fit neatly into a conference agenda: the careers we’re building, the ambition behind them, being seen and heard, leading through change, working with AI, and the people who make the journey a little easier.

We’ll talk about the things that shape our working lives today: leadership, ambition, AI, visibility, careers, influence and the networks that help us get further.

Different cities.

Different experiences.

Different perspectives.

But one shared idea: when women make space for each other, good things move.

One day to celebrate how far we’ve come. One conversation about where we go next. The room changes. The conversation evolves. The sun keeps moving.
