Gemma Dobson is an Award-winning business owner, has represented Great Britain in Triathlon and is a successful Senior Manager in Private Client Tax, working for one of the top Accountancy firms.
Gemma is passionate about empowering women to discover just how strong they can be, both in and out of the workplace. She focuses on recreational sport from grass roots level and how this helps to grow self-esteem, team work, confidence, resilience and ambition. This is particularly relevant for women returning from work after having children.
Gemma will not only demonstrate the power of being a 'weekend warrior' in sport, relating it to her own experiences, but also how to take the first steps in to finding an activity you enjoy and transferring those new skills in to the business environment.
