Ashley is a work psychologist trained in industrial-organisational psychology and registered with the Health Professions Counsmcil of South Africa.
She is the founder of TSHOLETSANANG Afrik offering her skills and time to offer professional and probono afrocentric psychosocial wellbeing education, awareness, mental health referral support & career mentoring to African in under-resourced community groups.
She engages as a speaker, activist, skills development facilitator and blog writer. She is passionate about women's wellbeing, youth inclusion, humane workplaces and whole person development of all people. She has experience working in higher education and the private sector consulting with corporate organisations and government entities.
Her professional affiliations are with SIOPSA (Society for Industrial Organisational Psychology in South Africa), YALDA (Youth Association for Leadership Development in Africa) and the Thabo Mbeki African School of International & Public Affairs (student).
