KEYNOTE SPEECHES & TRAINING EVENTS

Paula knows the corporate workplace, after 25 years in large, global companies.  She has seen what works and what doesn’t, and, importantly, how to get past the roadblocks.

While still within a large corporation, as SteerCo member for the UK women’s network, she grew the network by 300% in 3 years by designing and delivering conferences and content that made a difference for the members.

Since leaving a corporate career, she has been working with women and organisations to make women’s achievements visible and recognised, through coaching, workshops and speaking events.

Paula has been interviewed on Radio 5live, BBC News, Vanity Fair and The Law Society Podcast, talking about workplace equality
