Working with organizations to equip engineers with human skills, so they can become better problem solvers, team players, and leaders

Emily Nichols works with organizations that want to equip their engineers with human skills, so they can become better problem solvers, team players, and leaders.

She has two engineering degrees and three pairs of safety boots, but Emily Nichols is so much more than her technical skills. Communication, empathy and creativity are essential in business, and Emily is passionate about sharing this message.

A professional engineer with more than 15 years of experience in manufacturing and innovation, Emily has worked with PepsiCo, PPG, Janssen, Henkel and more. Emily easily connects at all levels of organizations, inspiring deeper understanding and collaborative teamwork. Her willingness to lace up her safety boots and really dig into a problem sets her apart from most speakers and engineers, and she always unearths new perspectives as she walks a mile in a client's or employee's shoes.

Emily has a B.Sc. in Systems Engineering from University of Guelph and a M.A.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from McMaster University. She summarized her chemical engineering masters thesis in five Dr. Seuss rhymes.
