Joanne gives an interactive and engaging talk where participants are helped to identify what’s in their buckets. Then she’ll talk you through practical nutrition and lifestyle strategies. There’s opportunity for people to work alone or share depending on the nature of the group.
Joanne is a registered nutritional therapist (degree qualified) and yoga teacher. She has a broad background having worked in engineering (Land Rover & BMW), IT (Mars), education, health and the voluntary sector. That means she can be sensitive to your organisations needs and goals.
