Alma Arzate is a global supply chain executive, award-winning keynote speaker, and trusted voice on inclusive leadership, resilience, and women’s advancement in the corporate workplace. Born in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, Alma built her career without the advantages many take for granted. After immigrating to Canada in 2007 with her young family, Alma rebuilt her professional path while adapting to a new culture, new workplace norms, and significant career setbacks. These experiences shaped her leadership philosophy and her ability to connect authentically with diverse, multi-generational, and global audiences.

Through mentorship, sponsorship, and determination, she progressed from entry-level roles to senior leadership in male-dominated industries, and now serves as Global Head of Supply Chain Logistics for a leading pharmaceutical organization. With over 25 years of experience across Automotive, Electronics, Medical Devices, CPG, and Pharma, Alma leads a diverse global team of over than 160 professionals across Canada, the United States, and India, driving operational excellence while fostering inclusive, high-performing teams.

Alma’s corporate keynotes are grounded in lived experience, and are practical, engaging, and action-oriented.
