Global Youth and Women Empowerment Activist, Global Dignity, Sustainability

Qaiser Nawab is an award-winning strategic communications expert with nearly 10 years of experience as an advocate for social change working as Founder Executive Director “Global Strategic Institute for Sustainable Development – GSISD”, a non-profit global policy think tank with a mandate to work strategically in the field of Sustainable Development to ensure global dignity.

In 2014, Qaiser founded a global youth organization “THE” Society International (Together for Health and Education). By utilising his training, leadership and development skills, he aspires to help youth work on their aspirations and realise their potential for Sustainable Development. He also advocates for marginalized members of community and was endorsed by the Nobel laureate Malala Yousafzai.

In addition to his international leadership roles, Qaiser is a United Nations Sustainable Development Goals expert and advocate. He has collaborated with the United Nations, Commonwealth, OIC and European Union on different occasions. He was a speaker at both the World Investment Forum (WIF) and UNCTAD Youth Forum at the UN headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland as well as at the Commonwealth Youth Forum, CHOGM 2018 London, where he represented issues around youth, women and gender minorities’ empowerment, trade and emerging technologies.

Nawab is the founder of the "COVID-19 Youth Task Force" which is focusing all efforts on supporting the governments, WHO, IGOs, NGOs and media in its approaches to containing and controlling COVID-19 globally. Qaiser holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical power engineering and a master’s degree in project management.

Nawab’s desire is to impact as many youths as possible and believes that,

“Live for yourself and you will live in vain.
Live for others and you will live again”.
