Jessica Ellis-Wilson is an accomplished consultant, speaker, and coach with over 25 years of experience in the healthcare and non-profit spaces. She is co-chair for the Divisions of Practice Management and Compliance for the Nan Gallagher Law Group, the Managing and Artistic Director of the WatermelonAlligator Theatre Company, and is the founder and principal of Practical Management and Leadership Consulting. Jessica was also recently named Chair of the National Diversity Committee for American Mensa.
A former executive leader, Jessica has guided myriad organizations across the country through periods of uncertainty and upheaval, collaborating with leadership teams to bring about transformative change. She offers leadership consulting in such fields as executive coaching, organizational growth, and cultural transformation, with a special focus on equity, diversity, and inclusion, as well as facilitating leadership development workshops and Board and Executive retreats. Jessica is also regularly invited to speak nationally on a variety of healthcare, leadership, and humanitarian topics.
