Rachel Wells is a Corporate Career Coach, young entrepreneur, and Performance Manager for government contracts spanning Department for Education and Department of Work and Pensions.

At her company, Rachel Wells Coaching, she has a combined 8 years of experience as frontline Career Coach and in People/Project Management. She has coached women executives and young entrepreneurs to land promotions, be more confident, and own their voice at work.

Her focus as a speaker ranges on topics including impostor syndrome and she has noticed it affects women's confidence at work and hinders career progression, as well as how to overcome this. Rachel also talks about developing your own personal brand, and how to master your career and craft a career strategy. She uses her personal experience overcoming adversity and rejection from her father while growing up, and stories of her clients as case studies from over the years.
