Sonal Shah is a multiple award winner, author and Vice President in Banking with over 20 years corporate experience and is a speaker and has a Coaching business to help women fulfil their potential and progress in their careers to encourage them and change careers into the tech industry.  She is passionate about increasing the number of women in the tech industry by inspiring and helping them to join the industry through her coaching.  
She was named as one of Brummells most inspirational women in November 2023

She is a Speaker that frequently speaks at industry events, including a roundtable for ‘Women in Blockchain Talks’ on International Women’s Day, a panel participant at the Women in Business Conference discussing “the Glass Ceiling”, Life Skills ‘Global’ Summit for careers, and panel moderator at We Are The City Women in Tech conference on ‘Block Chain and The Supply Chain’ through to teaching ‘How to Build your Brand through LinkedIn’ to business owners.
