Women's Rights Advocate, Keynote Speaker, Writer, Literary Publicist & Book Marketing Consultant

Jewel R. Greene is an entrepreneur, literary publicist and book marketing consultant who has helped thousands of authors boost their visibility and book sales.

She has worked with local, regional, and international businesses and organizations consulting on their branding, digital marketing and design, and is passionate about leveraging technology to advance national development and the fostering of an entrepreneurial ecosystem in Trinidad and Tobago.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with Management (Hons) from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, where she became a certified HIV/AIDS Peer Educator, interned with the International Labour Organisation (ILO) Barbados, and served as the President and PRO of the Trinidad and Tobago Association of Barbados (TTAB).
She is an accounting professional and has worked in both Trinidad and Tobago & Barbados where she was the Controller of Sandstorm Gold (Barbados) Ltd.
She also holds multiple certifications in areas such as digital marketing, conflict resolution, and conducting meetings.

As a human rights advocate, Jewel works closely with the Tobago Pride Association (TPA) as an ally, towards Fundraising and Awareness Campaigns for the LGBTQIA+ community in Tobago and served as the NGO's former treasurer.

She is the Chairperson of the Caribbean Women in Leadership (CIWiL) Trinidad and Tobago National Chapter, an NGO focused on women's rights and gender equality from the unique perspective of women's proportionate representation in positions of leadership and decision-making.

She utilizes her personal journey and professional experience to inspire women to gain the confidence, skills & resources they need to thrive as leaders and change-makers in their communities

She is currently the Tobago Writers Guild's (TWG) youngest female President.

The TWG is the premier organization for writers and authors across Trinidad and Tobago and in the diaspora. She focuses on a mandate of strengthening the Orange Economy for the literary arts culture in Tobago towards a scalable contribution to the economic development of writers, authors, and publishers in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.

As a business coach for a number of organizations and individuals, she inspires women to show up authentically, confidently and fearlessly as leaders.

Jewel is an avid writer and contributes to blogs for digital marketing companies and has a number of published articles in the Trinidad and Tobago Guardian Newspaper on various topics, from climate change challenges for SIDS to women's rights to NGO profiles.

She was also featured during 2023's Womens History Month in the Trinidad and Tobago Sunday Newsday Newpaper's Spotlight section on March 19, 2023 for her work in expanding Tobago's Orange Economy.

Jewel is an inspirational host, panelist and engaging keynote speaker in corporate and non-profit environments on issues relating to leadership, women’s advancement, the literary arts culture, professional success and marketing.
