Maura Lightfoot knows about people. With over 15 years of experience developing and working with global teams in more than seven countries, she has learned how to overcome cultural differences to gain influence and drive results.

From human resources in the Middle East to financial services management consulting in London to nonprofit organizational culture in Washington D.C., Maura's experience equips her with a unique perspective that is both grounded and global.

Consistent throughout her career is Maura’s drive to empower others in their work. Maura views coaching as an opportunity to empower leaders by exploring their stories and the meaning within, developing new lenses to raise awareness so you can stand in choice and maximize your potential.

As a speaker, Maura has presented to multinational organizations - Ralph Lauren, Steve Madden, KPMG, SAP, Novartis, Chief network for women, Rotary, etc. - on topics including resilience, pause practices to thrive, confidence building, networking, planning for success amidst change, defining your story, etc.

Maura coaches clients around the world - North America, Europe & U.K., Africa and Middle East - and has herself lived and worked in 7 countries. She is typically engaged to work with leaders to improve how they show up - executive communication, influence and impact, getting comfortable with uncertainty - and define where they show up - professional identity, living in alignment with values, etc.

Her clients have included leaders and executives from IBM, Expedia, Bain, Point B, HP, Hinge, KONE, USAID, Global Giving, charity : water, College to Congress, and others including entrepreneurs and students.

Maura holds an M.B.A. in International Business from Cambridge University and a B.A. in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Pennsylvania. Certifications include Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University and Human Resources certificate from Cornell University. She is a member of Chief women’s network and Rotary International.
