Carrie Vanston supports executives, business owners, professionals and their teams to supercharge their mindset, power up their impact, and embrace their leadership confidence so they can live the life of their dreams.

She co-authored the award-winning book "MiniTrends" and her articles have appeared in the Austin Business Journal, Texas CEO Magazine, Medium, and the Austin's National Speakers Association anthology.

She has made presentations around the world including the Product Management Institute, VMware, Unilever, Remax, TXCPA, University of Texas, Austin SHRM, Austin ATD, Morgan Stanley, Texas Women's Chamber, and many others.

Carrie founded and led the Association of Corporate Growth's Austin/San Antonio C-Suite Roundtable for two years. She has been the ACG Ambassadors Chair since 2018.

She was a 2023 ABJ Women in Business Honoree and an Advisor for Art 84. Earlier, she was a National Adviser and Austin Board Member of Culture in Action.

Carrie is a Certified Professional Coach, Accredited ICF Coach, Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), and a National Speakers Association Professional Speaker.

On the personal side, she loves to dance, travel, and spend time with her two teenage sons.
