Lauren A. Tetenbaum, LMSW, JD, PMH-C is an advocate and therapist who specializes in supporting millennial and young women through life transitions, including professional and personal identity shifts.

She is the go-to resource for women seeking empowerment and connection. Lauren, a mother of two young kids and a former practicing attorney, frequently hosts corporate workshops and events on topics like women asserting themselves, women developing boundaries to improve their mental health, maternal mental health, and gender equity in the home.

She is a certified Fair Play facilitator and trains other mental health professionals and executives on these issues.
