In addition, she has been a supervisor for Nutritional Therapists and consulted on a food insecurity project and the implementation of a regional food strategy for Buckinghamshire.

Felicia is a regular speaker for the Women’s Institute and a lead contributor to the Mental Health Matters podcast. She is also the founder of Stress Less Living; a support service which combines her passion for healthy eating, healthy living and stress management.

She believes that by eating well, managing our stress levels and supporting our emotions that we can increase our resilience, strength and vitality. Her vision supports others to hone these skills in order that there can be a positive impact not only for the individual, but also for the wider community.

Felicia’s ethos is to teach in a practical down-to-earth way that breaks down complex themes and enables participants to have fun whilst learning. She supports people to understand how their bodies work, how to lessen the impact of stress and the foods that can widen the conversations that they have with themselves.

She is passionate about ensuring that the information she shares resonates with people in a way which reflects their busy and often complicated lives. As such she encourages others in a compassionate way to think about what good health means to them and supports them to achieve their health goals, tiny step by tiny step.
