My academic journey is complemented by a robust publication record, comprising numerous original and review articles. I have supervised more than 50 research theses across various academic programs, including PhD, MPhil, and Masters. Over the years, I have successfully led many research grant projects funded by prestigious organizations such as UNFPA, IBRO, Dana Foundation, Microsoft, ACM, APPNA, Merlin, and World Women Neuroscience. My contributions extend beyond academia, as evidenced by my active participation in international conferences held in Spain, USA, Korea, Cambodia, China, United Kingdom, Canada, Nepal, and Malaysia. These endeavors have been supported by Travel Grants. With a passion for teaching, I have facilitated almost 50 courses as full-time and visiting faculty in numerous universities. I designed Pakistan's First Stress Evaluation Tool – the Sadaf Stress Scale (SSS). Outside academia, I also serve as the President of the Advance Educational Institute & Research Centre and hold full membership in the Organization for Women in Science for the Developing World-UNESCO. Additionally, I hold the position of President of the Pakistan Society of Basic & Applied Neurosciences and serve as an Executive member of the Canada Pakistan Research and Development Council in Canada. I am also a Member of the Advisory Board for the Science Bridge in Spain, a Vice-president of the Pakistan Society of Psychophysiology in Karachi, Sindh, and an Executive Committee member of the World Women of Neuroscience in the USA.

My research identifies stressors and seeks to develop and implement interventions that could significantly impact brain health. Building upon these foundations, we have undertaken further research on psychophysiological interventions to mitigate the adverse effects of stress. Notably, this research has established Pakistan's first free neurofeedback clinics.
