Book IWD Speaker: Roxane Mullen
Accredited Psychotherapist | Empowering Women Through Emotional Wellbeing & Resilience
Roxane Mullen is an accredited Humanistic & Integrative Psychotherapist with a Master’s degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy and a member of the Irish Association of Humanistic & Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP). Passionate about making psychotherapy accessible, Roxane brings emotional wellbeing tools out of the therapy room and into everyday life, helping women better understand their emotions, their emotional blueprint, and how these patterns shape their sense of self-worth, overwhelm, and wellbeing.
In her talks, Roxane introduces a simple yet powerful framework for understanding and working with emotions in healthy, practical ways. Participants are supported to explore their emotional blueprint — how emotional patterns are formed, how they show up in the body and mind, and how they influence daily life and relationships. Through this lens, women learn to recognise what they’re feeling, where emotions show up physically, why those feelings matter, and how to respond with self-compassion rather than self-criticism. The result is greater emotional awareness, resilience, and a stronger sense of control over wellbeing.
Roxane recently delivered a keynote at the Donegal Women in Business Network’s 25th Anniversary Celebration, where she connected with a diverse audience around self-care, emotional wellbeing, and resilience. Her engaging, down-to-earth style ensures participants leave feeling supported, inspired, and equipped with tools they can immediately use in both their personal and professional lives.
Proposed Seminar Title
The Four W’s: Understanding Your Emotional Blueprint and Feeling Better Every Day
Proposed Seminar Overview
In this interactive and supportive session, participants will explore their emotional responses to everyday pressures, challenges, and the inner critic many women experience, while gaining insight into their own emotional blueprint.
Using the Four W’s framework, Roxane will guide participants to reflect on:
• What am I feeling?
• Where do I feel it?
• Why might it be here?
• Waiting for the emotion to pass in a healthy way
Emotions provide valuable information about our needs, boundaries, and inner world. However, many women have learned to push feelings aside, which can lead to stress, burnout, and emotional overwhelm. This seminar offers practical tools to reconnect with emotions, understand personal emotional patterns, and build greater emotional resilience, confidence, and self-worth.
