Return to the Creative Self
A gentle, reflective painting workshop for women who want to reconnect with their creativity, honour their lived experience, and begin painting again without pressure. Through simple colour, mark-making, and guided reflection, participants will explore the idea of returning to themselves through art. The session can include a short visual inspiration exercise, a personal “creative return” prompt, and a small abstract painting study built around memory, strength, renewal, and self-expression.
This workshop is not about making perfect art. It is about creating space for women to pause, remember what matters, and leave with a visual reminder of their own resilience, voice, and possibility.
Gosia Margie Witko is a contemporary painter whose work explores the relationship between atmosphere, perception, memory, and the environments that shape human experience.
