Dunke is the founder of The Quotient Company, a  leadership and development practice specialising in executive coaching, confidence-building, and strategic growth support for small businesses and entrepreneurs. Her coaching-driven approach helps individuals and organisations unlock potential, elevate confidence, and build high-performing cultures.
