Caroline Chiriseri is a maternal sepsis survivor, women’s health advocate, and social impact leader whose work is rooted in resilience, healing and empowerment. After surviving maternal sepsis  a life-threatening condition that nearly cost her life — Caroline endured multiple miscarriages and ongoing reproductive health challenges, including ovarian cysts. These experiences profoundly shaped her mission to amplify women’s voices and advocate for better awareness, care and support around maternal and reproductive health.

Caroline’s powerful personal story is featured on The Sepsis Trust website, where she contributes to national conversations around early diagnosis, patient advocacy, and survival. Refusing to let trauma define her limits, she went on to found Thrive Youth CIC, a community-interest organisation dedicated to empowering young people and communities through education, wellbeing support and personal development.

As an international speaker, Caroline delivers deeply moving and practical talks on resilience, survival, women’s health, leadership and turning adversity into purpose. She is especially passionate about speaking at International Women’s Day events, leadership conferences, health summits and empowerment platforms worldwide. Caroline brings authenticity, compassion  and strength to every stage  leaving audiences inspired, informed and reminded of the power of the human spirit.

Caroline was honoured with a community impact award and was nominated for two other awards which included the UN Women award .
