Sharold Palmer is an accomplished digital strategist, speaker and founder of Seven Palms Consultancy, where she helps forward-thinking leaders and organisations navigate change through the lenses of strategy, inclusion, and emerging technology. With a 20 + year track record including 17, at the Financial Times, Sharold has led multi-million-pound transformation programmes, shaped inclusive business models, and scaled digital platforms globally.

She is a Fellow of the RSA and the Worshipful Company of Management Consultants, a certified Generative AI Masterminds graduate and a qualified Non-Executive Director.
