Narayani is a healer, author, and keynote speaker who guides women leaders to reclaim their power through presence and embodied wisdom. She is the founder of Awakened Life School, an online school training women in her unique embodied meditation and mindfulness method, the Awakening Map—also the title of her book, Awakening Map: Who You Are, Why You’re Here, and What to Do About It.

Her lifelong journey of rebirth from childhood illness, loss, and a spiritual awakening experience that took years to reveal its power and to founding Rebirth Asheville after Hurricane Helene and overcoming a life-altering injury, life has taught her that true power comes not from over-giving, but from  self-healing, presence, and courageous reinvention.
