Farah founded and runs Empowering Wealth while also acting as the Head of Finance at Lloyds Banking Group.

With over 20 years’ experience in Banking and Finance, including senior leadership roles at global institutions such as HSBC, Barclays, Lloyds Banking Group and BNP Paribas, as well as strategic consulting firms EY and NMG Group, Farah combines deep technical knowledge with practical, real-world application.
