Nika Brunet Milunovic is an inclusive design strategist, consultant, and speaker dedicated to making events, workplaces, and public spaces calmer, kinder, and more accessible for everyone, especially those who are neurodivergent or have hidden disabilities.
As founder of Calm Nest Collective, Nika works with event organisers, employers, and venue managers to embed sensory-friendly, neuroinclusive design from the ground up, whether that's a quiet , sensory room at a conference, a calm corner in a busy office, or an accessible sensory strategy for a public venue.
With over 11 years of experience in international events, a background as a qualified social worker, and ongoing second PhD research into mental health and neurodiversity in the events industry, Nika brings rare expertise that bridges lived understanding with practical, evidence-informed solutions.
