Book IWD Speaker: Shruta Satam

Former Deloitte & PwC senior leader turned tech CEO, building the platform that closes the gap between knowing & doing

Shruta Satam is the Co-Founder and CEO of Pustakh, an AI-powered applied learning platform built on one of the most persistent gaps in professional life: the space between knowing and doing.

After 18 years in senior leadership with Deloitte, PwC, and major financial institutions across the United States and Australia, Shruta watched the same pattern repeat in boardrooms, strategy meetings, and executive offsites.

Brilliant, ambitious women reading the right books, attending the right conferences, consuming the right content, and still struggling to translate any of it into consistent, real-world action. Not because they lacked drive. Because nobody had built the infrastructure to bridge insight and execution.

Pustakh was her answer. Recognized as one of Australia's Top Book Companies by F6S and ranked among the world's leading reading and applied learning platforms by SaaSHub, Pustakh distills the world's most powerful non-fiction into 15-minute reads and audio experiences, then generates personalized, AI-powered action steps for each user based on what they are reading, how they learn, and where they want to grow.

Shruta speaks on the intersection of women's leadership, applied learning, and the quantum leap from ambition to execution. Her talks are built for audiences who are done consuming inspiration and ready to build the systems that turn knowledge into habit, habit into identity, and identity into impact.

Audiences leave with a clear framework for closing the gap between the leader they are reading about and the leader they are becoming, practical tools for converting learning into measurable behavior change, and a renewed understanding of what it actually means to operate from an elevated level of ambition rather than just aspire toward one.

Shruta is available for keynote presentations, panel discussions, and workshop formats for corporate events, university programs, accelerators, and women's leadership summits globally.
