Book IWD Speaker: Ishwariya Rajamohan FRSA
Founder of The Confidence Dynamic™ framework: helping women working in majority male industries with building their confidence
Ishwariya Rajamohan FRSA is an inspiring and empowering speaker who creates a safe space for frank discussions on the topic of confidence: something that is not easy for women to reveal when working in male-dominated environments, owing to the immense pressure they face to ‘look the part’.
Through her workshops and talks she imparts her Confidence Dynamic™ framework, encouraging women to take up space, reminding them of the inherent value they bring to their work and offering practical advice on how they can build their confidence to take the next steps in their career: thus paving the way for gender equity and better representation of women in leadership in our workplaces.
Ishwariya is a former architect and pastry chef, now an executive coach and speaker based in Lund, Sweden, delivering both in-person and online speaking engagements for clients based across the UK, the Nordics and the EU, USA, and Canada. She is accredited with the Association for Coaching and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
She currently runs sessions on following topics:
- Building your Confidence: Introducing The Confidence Dynamic™ framework
- Building Emotional Resilience: The 7 Stages of Personal Power
- Presence vs. Persona: Expand your Influence as a Leader
- Power, Presence and Resilience for your creative practice
- Conquering People Pleasing
Organisers and participants have appreciated the safe space Ishwariya creates in her sessions through her calm, grounded presence, and for her commitment to giving voice to women's lived experiences in the workplace would otherwise not have the psychological safety to share.
Here are some testimonials from attendees and organisers of my previous speaking engagement:
"Hearing about how many women all suffer from the same lack of confidence, people pleasing and imposter syndrome was strangely comforting. I felt empowered, as I'm sure many women attending did, to overcome this and be more mindful of my accomplishments. Thank you Ishoo." - Participant, webinar, March 2026
"Ishoo was very personable, and listened as women shared their experiences. She made confidence issues seem validated and I appreciated that she related it to the organisations goals." - Director and male ally, webinar, February 2026
