Susan Judd is an award-winning keynote speaker, facilitator and author, and the founder of Hot, Foggy & Fabulous. After more than 25 years in HR, leadership and workplace culture, and her own foggy, sweaty, where-did-I-go midlife wake-up call, she set out to change a conversation most workplaces have been quietly avoiding.

Her message is simple and overdue: experienced women are stepping back, stepping down and stepping out in midlife, not because they have stopped being capable, but because they are managing something no one has given them permission to name.
