See Her Thrive was established by Clare-Louise Knox, a Business Psychologist (MSc) and Board Director at the International Association for Premenstrual Disorders (IAPMD). She is an expert in the field of reproductive health and the impact it has upon women in the workplace. She is also part of a government task force addressing menstrual stigma and increasing education in the UK and lectures on Women's Mental Health at King's College London.
Clare-Louise has first-hand experience of living with Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder, a menstrual-related condition which affects 1 in 20 women. Clare-Louise tells her personal story to empower women and girls, through increased awareness, confidence, signposting and support.
