Speaker, blogger and leadership trainer passionate about women's meaningful participation in democracy and governance processes

Mantate Mlotshwa is a Zimbabwean born and based development practitioner passionate about democracy and governance, with a particular interest in the participation of traditionally marginalized communities including women, youth and persons with disability.

She is available to speak on female leadership at community and national government level, as well as in the development of young girls for meaningful engagement in business and entrepreneurship, civil society, the creative arts and media sectors.

A speech trainer herself, she is also available to provide speech training sessions for women in politics and business, as well as in grooming new and upcoming NGOs on how best to write and pitch proposals that can win them funding.
