Award-winning international leadership mentor & trainer featured in BBC & Huffington Post
You may not have heard of her as for over a decade she's been working behind the scenes for some of the biggest brands in the world. Sara K, also known as, Sara K is an Award-Winning Leadership Mentor and Qualified Digital Marketing Practitioner BA (Hons) featured in Huffington Post, BBC, Hello Magazine and spoken at Pure London and Olympia London.
She's worked with some of the biggest brands in the world, such as Maserati, VW Group and Cherie Blair Foundation. Also, Sarah has delivered leadership conferences in partnership with PriceWaterCoopers, WeWork, and London South Bank Univerisity. And after being recognised for her charity work, she became the youngest Board Member of Young Enterprise (UK's largest charity who specialising in enterprise education).
Most recently she’s trained world-renowned Professionals, CEOs and businessmen, and women. Clients include Architects, Corporate Directors, Vice Presidents, Managers, CEOs, Surgeons to Luxury Fashion Designers, from Google, Amazon, NHS, Gucci, Deutsche Bank, Vivienne Westwood, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, DKNY, Oxfam and Kurt Geiger. Although it hasn't been smooth sailing, as over the years she's suffered from anxiety, low self-confidence, and depression.
At the beginning of her career, Sarah was immersed in the fast-paced digital marketing industry, which was male-dominated, where she had no training. She worked hard, endless hours; no pay rise, recognition or promotion. Although, in every role, she remained resilient, determined and progressed to managing global projects and senior roles, whilst starting her business. As a result, she understands firsthand the crippling mindset and uphill struggles we can face, whilst trying to excel to the top.
Against all the odds, she did it, despite coming from a less privileged background, living in an area where drugs are rife and 85% of the young adults in the neighborhood do not pursue higher education. Not forgetting her learning struggles, but rather than give up to society's norms, the education system, she fought.
In a short space of time, Sarah had earned the respect of her peers, leading in male-dominated environments and became an expert in her field. Furthermore, despite being a woman and in the BAME category, at the age of 30, she was the youngest in the industry to succeed as a leader, an Award-Winning Qualified Digital Marketing Practitioner BA (Hons).
One-for-One: Sarah believes if she can do it, so can others and do this through her speaking. She is passionate about educational injustice, in and out of school. She believes everyone should have opportunities, skills, tools, support, and confidence to succeed not only in school but at work and throughout their life - no matter your age, who you are, your family's status, where you're from, your background or the colour of your skin.
For every client, she trains, she supports an unemployed person or individual with learning difficulties with the skills to get into work or start a business, one for one. As a result of her ventures, she's reached over 325 individuals from across the globe in 365 days.
