Kate has been responsible for leading high-level projects and supervising multi-level operational activities for internal and external stakeholders.

When Kate first started working in Corporate Banking at Citigroup, she started in an entry-level position; cross-trained in every department; worked on every shift while going to college full-time; mastered and honed in on her skills and she quickly moved up the corporate ladder. Kate was promoted twice within the first few years of working there.

Her first promotion was actually created for her because of her phenomenal results within multiple departments and while being personally handpicked to work on special teams.  Her last corporate title was Lead Representative, known as an Operations Manager for a staff of 30 while working at BNY Mellon.
