Sarah is an experienced CEO of boutique consultancy firms that focuses on high quality, cost and time effective innovative business solutions within niche markets.  

Her experience has enabled her to embed her passion for Diversity, Equality & Inclusion in everything she develops and implements.

She is a goal-oriented business owner with a passion for achieving positive results. Throughout her career, Sarah has learnt that being ethical and honest to all parties is paramount, this has consequently led her to professional success. She is result-orientated and promotes an added value approach throughout her businesses.

Sarah started her career working for blue chip organisations and quickly moved in to an in-house HR Director position. An entrepreneur at heart since the beginning- in 2011, she set up her first recruitment firm that progressively developed into a group of specialist consultancies that covered Data, Forensics, Governance and Risk as well as Sales, Marketing and Conferencing.  

Her passion for innovation has led her to streamlining her business model to one progressive solution – TH.0

In addition to her various leadership and executive roles, Sarah has also successfully completed a 3-year term both as Trustee Director of Medway Youth Trust – a charity that strives to lead youth development through the Theory of Change, as well as, a Mentor for Business and Entrepreneurship of Kent Foundation.

She is dedicated to fostering equality, respect and ensuring individuals can achieve their full potential. Therefore, she’s continuously seeking out ways to widen her perspective of the world and share her insights through her trainings.
