Shereen possesses holistic Human Resources; People experience; expertise from talent acquisition to strategic governance, working with brands like L’Oreal, Tohtonku, Laura Mercier, Petronas, Sunrise Group, and CIMB Bank.
She started her career with Sales, Business Development, Marketing in various industries and brands like GlaxoSmithKline, Alpha Therapeutics and SQ Centre, before venturing into the field of HR where she discovered her passion for people development and growth.
She currently works with people co-create ways to empower them to live their dreams and their best self everyday. She is an avid watercolourist, and in tandem, co-founder of Break The Box Malaysia, a youth development arm. A mother of 2 growing boys, juggling entrepreneurship, work, home and parenting, she is a big advocate of morning routines and self-care practices too.
She holds an MBA, is a Catalyst Coach, a Certified Practitioner for iWAM as well as HRDF Certified Trainer, in Malaysia.
