A catering company nestled in the beautiful mountain village of Verbier
In 2009 Amy left her job as an editor in London – the mountains were calling her, and happily she ended up in Verbier.
Food had already been important to her for a very long time; even in her 'old life', it was the cookbooks that she most looked forward to editing.
Her subsequent work over the next few years, as a host and property manager in luxury ski chalets or summer villas, just meant that she got to see (and taste!) even more fabulous food, and so perhaps it was inevitable she would move into cooking herself.
Amy has had some fantastic experiences so far, from the moment she did her training course at Ashburton in Devon, to the great clients she cooks for as a private chef today.
She absolutely loves travelling, and wherever she goes in the world she tries to learn a few new flavour combinations or techniques she can bring back home, to incorporate alongside the wonderful seasonal and local ingredients they have in the Valais area.
She's lived in a few different places but has always come back to Verbier, the perfect place to combine her love for food with her love for the outdoors, mountains and skiing.
