Need help installing backgrounds for Microsoft Teams?

• Ideally change your background before a meeting starts. 
• Login to your Microsoft Teams account.
• Select Background (just below video image) and your background options will display on the right.
• Select Add New then upload the image from your computer.

Need help installing backgrounds for Zoom?

• Identify your preferred IWD background image above, and right click it and save it to your desktop or device.
• Open the Zoom app and log into your account.
• Click the gear icon in the top right-hand corner and navigate to Settings.
• In the left menu, click Virtual Background.
• Click the + icon to upload your IWD Zoom background image.
• During a Zoom meeting, click the ^ arrow next to Stop Video and click Choose Virtual Background to change or turn off your Zoom background.
