Pitch with a Twist is inviting people to pitch their business
When: March 11 2020
Where: Toronto, Canada
PITCH showcases innovation and entrepreneurship from U of T Mississauga, Sheridan College, and our greater community.
Focusing on early-stage ventures, ICUBE brings together innovators from a variety of sectors to pitch their businesses for cash prizes and in-kind support.
A study conducted by researchers at Harvard, MIT and the Wharton School found that male entrepreneurs were 60% more likely to achieve pitch competition success than female entrepreneurs – even when pitching the exact same business!
Join Pitch with a Twist on March 11th for PITCH, International Women’s Month Edition, and stand in support of women entrepreneurs at a competition that promises to break down barriers and reward great ideas from diverse voices.
With a panel of female-identifying judges and a spotlight prize for a company with a woman founder, everyone is coming together to celebrate creativity and entrepreneurship for all. Learn from speakers, network with great companies, and witness exciting pitches as companies compete at the hub of entrepreneurship in action in Mississauga.
